Meal charging guidelines



Students are allowed up to three lunch charges. The cafeteria staff will notify the parent/guardian in writing after three charges are received OR within five school days from the date of the last charge.

If charges are not paid within two weeks of the parent notification, elementary school student parents/guardians will be notified in writing prior to the loss of privileges.

If an elementary student who has lost his/her privileges does not have meal money, the parent/guardian will be immediately notified by phone. If parental contact is not made, a meal will be provided and a charge issued.

Meals will not be withheld from any student.

Charges are not permitted at the elementary or the high school following the second Monday in May.

Adults must pay for their meals at the time of service.
