1. Facilitate collaborative discussions between administrators and teachers to develop a thorough understanding of the student learning objective target setting and a collaboratively (with the DTA and administration) improved APPR document for the 2013-14 school year.
2. Identify academic areas of strength and weakness in the district and develop plans to strengthen our deficiencies and publicize our strengths.
3. Develop a top to bottom model from the Board direction to District goals to building goals. Teacher goals will reflect their respective building goals.
4. Develop and implement a plan for developing and maintaining a positive school and district climate for the 2013-14 school year.
