DCS Drama Club raised just over $900 on their recent fundraiser show, “Duanesburg Sings Broadway!” Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards their spring production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Cinderella” Enchanted Edition, to help offset the costs of hiring musicians, a choreographer and renting costumes for the cast, among other things. Mark your calendar to catch performances of this classic fairytale musical March 24, 25 and 26, 2023 in Joe Bena Hall at the High School. Auditions for “Cinderella” will take place in December.

For sixth grade students interested in auditioning for “Cinderella,” Mrs. Waltz will be speaking to elementary students this week and next during their general music classes and will be able to answer any questions they might have about the process.
Students in grades 7-12 can touch base with “Cinderella” co-directors Ms. Heck or Mr. Hopkins if they have questions about the spring musical.
