With a first round win over Hadley-Luzerne this past weekend, our top-seeded Lady Eagles are now into the quarterfinal round of the Section 2 Class C tournament. They will play #8 seed Cambridge at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23 at Duanesburg High School.
There will be TWO quarterfinal games at Duanesburg High School on Wednesday:
– 5:30 p.m. (#4 seed) Corinth vs (#5) Maple Hill (doors open at 5 p.m. for spectators)
– 7:30 p.m. (#1 seed) Duanesburg vs (#8) Cambridge
Section 2 sets ticket prices and collects admission fees for the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals of sectionals. Here’s how it will work for Wednesday’s game:
- 320 spectators will be allowed in the gymnasium per game. After the 5:30 p.m. game, ALL SPECTATORS will clear out the gym to make room for the spectators for the 7:30 p.m. game.
- Digital tickets for either game can be purchased online through GoFan (make sure you choose the 7:30 p.m. game)

If we do not reach our 320 spectator limit through the advance sale of digital tickets, tickets will be sold at the door. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available to purchase in-person and strongly encourage you to buy digital tickets in advance to guarantee your spot in the stands.
Saturday’s games will be livestreamed on Duanesburg’s district YouTube channel.
Face masks must be worn — and worn properly (covering the nose) — by all spectators AT ALL TIMES while inside the school building. There are no exceptions. Face masks will be available at the door for anyone who needs one.
