January 11, 2022, COVID-19 positive case notification and Booster update
 
The Duanesburg Central School District was informed of the following positive cases of COVID-19:

  • Elementary School:  7 positive individuals
  • Jr/Sr High School:  3 positive individuals

    Schenectady County Public Health Services has notified the district that several members of our school community will be required to quarantine.  Our school nurses are in the process of contact tracing and contacting the impacted individuals.

    In addition, NYSDOH has changed its new guidance regarding the quarantining of vaccinated but not boosted individuals. All fully vaccinated individuals (students, teachers, and staff), who have been exposed to an individual with COVID-19 may continue to attend or work at school, regardless of booster status.
